Have been lurking here and on the Q and AOL threads for about a year. Would you happen to have an extra seat on the porch? Thanks to you I sold most of my AOL last fall and bought QCOM. Bought more Q @ 110, 113, 118 and 120. also own JDSU, BRCM, CSCO, ELON, ARBA, NTAP, SCMR, SEBL, ORCL and TERN. Approx. half my portfolio is the mighty Q. I decided to join SI and pony up the $200 after reading your post on CC writing. If you and the other porchmates wouldn't mind, I'd like to join in the discussion.
By the way, I'm down here in Florida (Orlando)and I know you are in the Atlanta Area. Have you ever been to the Highlands-Cashiers area in the N.C. Mountains? Go there every October when the leaves are turning to play golf as we get no fall color change here in Florida. We are seriously thinking of re-locating to that area soon. (need Q to double first-that's not too much to ask is it?)
Really do greatly appreciate your insights. You have really changed my thinking on this whole CC thing to get INCOME NOW with part of my assets. May write calls on JDSU on MON. SCMR has incredible call premiums right now because the stock is so volatile I suppose.
