Under the new economic and financial paradigm hard to see how the economy will ever slow much unless the Fed gets aggressive. As illustrated by Friday's action, the stock market will roar at the slightest hint of economic slowing. But a roaring stock market virtually guarantees that the economy will not slow to any substantial degree.

That is the flaw in the bulls logic. This certainly is a nice bounce that may go somewhat further -- especially for beaten down sectors like the trannies. But a sustained bull market in non-tech stocks is out of the question in my view until the NAZ comes down to earth.
