TA on RNWK (unReal Networks) 'cause the Jackass is on a roll
- the upchannel is as evident as the sunrise and sunset... it sits currently exactly at the lower boundary of this upchannel in 67-71 range... very predictable rolly coaster appears to be beginning to road back up
- the moving averages dont do much to support this stock, with violations all over... if anything the 18day MA gets the job done, but is overwhelmed frequently... the rolly coaster sees prices swing up above then below all three 18AM, 30MA, 50MA with regularity
- postsplit this darling become a wicked ugly sister left at the side of the road, labeled "unwanted"... but this has only created a nice buying opportunity
- volume is gradually coming back, a healthy sign, especially that it is not spiking suddenly, but rather gradually increasing day to day
- curiously its Relative Strenk Indicator never really got to the extreme levels (typically accepted as 20 & 80)... it is at 35 or so now, and hasnt gotten to extreme high levels or extreme low levels in the last three months
- got good evidence that a daily stochastic crossover is in progress... yes, "turning up from the bottom"... needs a little followthru to seal the turnaround... its stochastic is at an extreme low level now, reversing and crossing upward
noticed a PEratio here of 1754... so might be turning the corner on profitability, which is always a ambiguity positive
again a disclaimer of knowing nothing about fundamental news other than the split recently
looking like time to get back in for those who took profits awhile back... an easy 20 pts awaits the eager beavers, which m akes about 30%... by midApril we might be timed to challenge new highs, which would be when earnings are reported next... the bottom of 65-70 might require just a tad more testing before a serious return to an upside rise
when it returns, expect 77-80 to provide resistance from two effects... many buyers there on the way down might look for a relief sale exit, and all three of my fave moving avgs sit there
for what it is worth, an idle analysis after another day in paradise sunning my hairy body and hairless dome amidst the odd mix of young and geriatric here in south Florida
