Everyone here should also send compliants to the SEC. Use a title on your e-mail such as, "X-STREAM (XSNI) UNFAIR TREATMENT OF U.S. SHAREHOLDERS" Focus not on the fact the price is too low or unfair, but that NON-US shareholders are receiving great benefit, as are US-directors, but US SHAREHOLDERS of the same class are being victimized here. Management would have accepted .50 if it meant being aboard the IPO; shareholders of the same class must receive fair value.
