Gordo, some feedback on your comments:

I agree with there being a lot of naive investors in too deep. It reminds me of the Bre-X hysteria. Which leads to your second comment. Quality picks are getting very hard to find, next to impossible. A recipe for disaster for the neophytes who are tempted by the lure of big profits, when all the big profits have been made. What's even scarier, is, there's a ton of money to be made on shorting these plays when the tide turns - and it will.

WRT your comment about playing the hysteria with 10%... don't bother. They take time and money away from your legitimate efforts. The temptation to trade this way is often based on regrets of previous sales (e.g. should have held on longer, could have made more, etc, etc...) - 'bin there, done that. Take the 10% and buy yourself a real toy, I did.

Thanks for the O & G picks. I'll check them out. Finding the gems in this sector is a major challenge, but as we found out with TOMmy, it's worth the hunt.

P.S. Did you check out Belair Energy? It's the best O & G Co I've seen since Berkley came on the scene as a junior. All the data is on their website. I've received positive comments about their mgmt (e.g. Vic Luhowy) too.

Regards,

JT
