Max...I was told that they were adding heads and working hard to accomodate their growth....and I know that installing the filters to thicken the firewall has tied up the web at times. That should be fixed now. I can understand that they have grown a great deal...I was a customer back when they were little ducks in the pond. And as I said I think they are experiencing same problem as many houses are. All I know is that I want my OTC BB trades accomplished with a minimum of my time taken up. And as you state up till a couple of weeks ago things were fine. They are still giving me their best effort...it is the mm's who are backed up and/or ignoring trades because they don't HAVE TO represent you. That is why I am trying to find a house right now where people are getting their OTC BB trades done in a reasonable manner. So far 1 vote from Dax for Etrade. We may have to park our money w/a mm. Scary thought. I want to stay w/NDB but I also want to see what level of service/execution other people are getting with OTC BB stocks.
