Bcoch: This Q1 may shape up quite different from previous years.

1. Remember the 55,000 WP Licenses ordered by the US Justice Dept. in December?

2. Further, only $3.2 M was booked for Corel Linux in Q4. Should be a much larger number for Q1.

3. Further, December collective retail sales may have been unusually strong. Peter's right about the retail shelves. There are a lot of various Graphics, Productivity and Linux products out there. They may be moving.

4. The Annual Report, Note 13, indicates that there are more tax loss carryforward benefits that are yet to be recognized. Maybe more coming in Q1.

Finally, since Q4 is traditionally Corel's best quarter, and this past one was unusually poor, I suspect Q1 is likely to be quite good. Note the comment in the Annual Report about "fluctuations" in revenue. The "flux" should be to the upside for Q1.
