I find it very very interesting that the new management is coming out and stating that prior earnings projections made by the company are way out of line with reality because of delays in the Salubre deal. I am in the position of having lost money on the stock which I bought, stupidly, believing that management had some clue as to what to expect when they released those projections in June 1996, well before (I think 6 months) the salubre deal was even announced. I believe that fraud has taken place, but that will be for the courts to decide, and I will be seeking legal counsel to ascertain if I have a viable case against the company.
