Ward and all Canadian POS'ers,

It seems that the oil situation in the world is building
into a very interesting situation. Oil inventories, OPEC,
drilling activity and world demand are now all pointing
to higher prices. The market seems uninterested. Bill
Clinton, however, seems very interested. With the
number of Expeditions in my neighborhood
gas pump demand must be skyrocketing (it will this summer
for sure when they all head off vactioning :-)

Oil may in fact be the stock market bubble burster.
These things always seem so obvious in hindsight.

So trying to be foresightful I ask: Is this going to all
fade away or is there some kind of oil crisis looming?

I am considering starting to overweight my Canadian
dollar portfolio with oil and gas companies.

Anyone else feeling/thinking along the same lines?
Or am I just a pessimist?

BTW, if you are not pessimistic it means you have
the utmost confidence in Bill Clinton's negotiation
skills. Or you believe that the Middle Easterners
are pro-American. LOL.
