Financials up to Oct. 31 on Sedar. Just under 1 billion shares. Book value down to 1 cent from just under 2 cents. Share price moving up? IMHO, there's good things underfoot that are leaking out and some know so they are buying. But I really don't know. There are more than 1 billion shares now, I'm quite certain. Interesting that NITE traded 40% of the volume for 4 or 5 months. Now (about 2 weeks ago) they disappeared. Friday, there was an article in the WSJ about NITE abusing their postion as MM. Was NITE responsible for running the price down? TC stated in last CC (in Sept.) he wasn't going to worry about the price. In the coming months, we will see if TC has really gotten this company anywhere. At least we were only on the pinks for 1 day and he settled the lawsuit with Golan. Also, merger with K-9 means we're a US company now. Simply based on trading pattern, there is NO WAY I'm selling any shares. It looks TOO strong. PR from Peacock Financial was interesting. Talked to their PR firm which seemed very competent. I didn't think much of information I got from Sean Collins. The fact that Peacock is investing means the basic financial structure is to their liking. JMHO and later, leroyt
