Questions on opening ROTH IRA for spouse..

1) Can I open a ROTH IRA account in my spouse's name
even if he/she does not work and has no income ?.
I have my own ROTH IRA account and 401K from my employer
and my AGI is < $100000.

2) In the event of my demise will the money in my ROTH IRA
account get transferred into my spouse's ROTH IRA
account ?.

3) If we (both me and my spouse) need to take a qualified
distribution for "first-home", can each of us withdraw
the $10000 from our individual ROTH IRA accounts ?.

Thanks for your time.
