Remember that no republican can win without independent and crossover democrat voters...........how is Bush going to get them ????????? Mccain can beat GORE and Bush cannot. Do republicans want to shoot themselves in the foot and lose again.?........You have to run the candidate that can win the election not just a party nomination........your Bush pick ensures Al Gore of complete victory in November especially if the economy stays strong.
