Orwellian News Flash: The NYTimes, a leading organ of liberal orthodoxy and, in effect, the Dem Party, went out of its way to editorially endorse John McCain as the choice of hard left Dems for the Republican nomination, therein emphasizing what had had already become clear in their reporting. They also endorsed AlGore, noting his "burning desire" and "tremendous gifts", which no doubt include his lead role as an illegal fund raiser and as Campaign 2000's other anti-reform candidate.
