<One day the parties will come to their senses and get this thing resolved. So will continue to hold the Glimmer position.>

Last weeks action seem to be indicative of positive reaction to the "state of the union" G/E article. I must believe that Rudy has his info from reliable sources. In this case, the only way that I can see to settle this impasse is for both parties to sell to a third party. This way they both get to save some face (a tug of war with no winner and where the shareholders are the losers). Both G/E firmed up last week.

I reviewed (MAT-TSE) PR (of January 29, 1997) a few days ago where they announced that they had established effective control of Glimmer by buying out George Kent (the sneak attack on Exall). Prior to that, Exall was having their way with the "poor" professor. At last GK got his retirement fund established thanks to RM & co.

They both know that one (or both) of them will have to move. Even if GME has the case won; and Exall is using the legal process to postpone the inevitable.

I thought that the recent "state of the litigation" was well done. I for one could not detect any bias in the article.
