I agree with you that this is a solid company however where would you place this as a B2B company? They are a software tools company, trying to position themselves as Internet tools, but they are clearly not a B2B company- atleast not the way I think of B2B.

I think there are three types of B2Bs- net market makers, infrastructure and services. VERT/VNTR as examples of the first, CMRC/ARBA as the second Scient and Whitmann Hart as the third. Because RATL enables people to "develop" software that might be used in B2B transactions, that is stretching their being considered a B2B company.

I think you made a good move buying this one but watch the Catapulse deal- I am still not sure how it will effect the RATL stock price and therefore, I'm out until that becomes clear.
