OVIS is not marginable and has not been marginable in the last 3 years. It already should be in your cash account. However this will not stop brokers from lending the stock out. It should but things don't always work out that way. Physical possesion of the certs is what I reccomend. I wouldn't be concerned about the transfer agent resigning. Your example is a very rare occurence as you stated in your post. I believe that the upside potential is worth the miniscule risk of this ever happening. As many of you who have read this board in past may know, I have never posted anything on this board that hasn't come to pass. True the 10K and the Q's were late, very late, but the were released. Many people said this company was a scam. It has showed that it is not. I ask my fellow shareholders to act on their own behalf as soon as possible: get your certs! The float on OVIS is small, this could make a huge difference.
