Hello Ian,

Thanks to your insights, I made early and very profitable investments in MTSN and SVGI. Now, like you I have recently reduced my Semi-conductor exposure. Hence, my cash level has risen to levels which I want to reduce somewhat. Your post has suggested looking at the biotech sector. It has indeed shown a spectacular burst of investor interest in the last few months.

Do you think that a closed end fund may be a good way to play this sector, for and average siliconinvestor lurker like myself, who is certainly not a biotech maven? Best Example: HQH fund. They invest in the small biotechs and their researchers seem to be doing a good job, if the charts are any guide. In addition, the fund trades at about a 16% discount, as of mid February of this year.

A million thanks for your contribution to the MTSN tread (we are missing more recent posts, however) and thanks in advance for your comments on HQH.

Best regards,

Jarrett
