Sorry for all my posts on XTND today....

The SI system was not accepting my original response.

Here is one more thing to consider. The XTND CEO has quite an extensive HP Background (in marketing and running the very successful LaserJet printer division). I think that's a plus and he clearly knows how to scale up a fast growing business. XTND is probably one of THE BEST performing stocks in the Pacific Northwest and I am sure the CEO does not have too much trouble attracting top talent. My sister did some graduate work in Boise. I visited a number of times and was impressed with the city. It offers a high quality of living and is very affordable. XTND also seems to operate in Corvalis, Oregon and in other cities overseas. They currently have about 350 employees worldwide.

Here is the link to some background info. on XTND's CEO...

BTW, This link reveals that one of the newer board members used to be VP of Finance at Cisco during their early days of hypergrowth.

IMO, XTND has brought on board some world class talent....it helps to have soem board members who have been out in the trenches with one of the premiere global high tech firms.
