Josh,

Legal action isn't in my plans. A loss is a loss. All companies give forward looking statements and have clauses upon issue of those statements. Investing in stocks has its risks and its rewards, clearly this stock has more risks.

If I think back, ALAN is a hodge-podge of companies mixed into one and furthermore, the accountants had made a clear statement that the company may not be able to continue as a going concern. It is RARE to get that kind of statement and should have been our warning flag.

I've done my homework and I cut my position in half today. It's a shame to lose money after doing so much homework, but the facts are what they are. These guys only have 1.7 million in revs with 34 million shares or 8 cents per share (annualized). Why should we pay 12 times revenues for ALAN when we can buy Microsoft for 10 times revenues?

Also, ALAN lost money in their insurance unit? What are these guys doing? I'm looking at the exit door.

Anyone?
