Olga, first I believe it is the status of the stock- not where they do business , so a NAS,NYSE,otcbb,pink is always foreign content, and if you had $100,000 on jan 1 and the value was $100,000 exactly through dec31 , yes you would pay 1% of $80,000, in reallity this is not how it will be as the value each day will vary- so will the penalty cost.
