Important new development today!!! Chinese Minister of Information Wu Chuanji said on March 5, 2000, that the Chinese government did not and would not hold the CDMA development in China. What Unicom and other companies will do is a business decision. GSM or CDMA is a business choice by companies, Wu said. My comment: Wu is the most authorative person in the Chinese Govenment on Telecom, but the earlier news on the Asian Wall Street on China's delay is form a much lower sources, and it has never been confirmed. Qcom will recover the 20 dollars lost on the rumor of China's delay in one week. Above News (in Chinese) reported by major new agencies, Link in Chinese Yahoo. chinese.yahoo.com

Note: Link is in Chinese, don't go there unless you can read chinese characters.
