Mel, I found this on the raging bull site. I was not aware of or offered any shares in a private placement, were you? The person that wrote this signed up that day to RB just to post this info.I have a feeling this person is from LKS Consulting. JMO "Since there is a private placement being used to raise cash for the new product I'm sure a lot of selling is taking place by current shareholders to buy into the restricted offering.(I did this myself) In essence, shares are being sold to buy more shares. Also GTGO was featured as a stock of the week on momentumtrader.com which brought some short term buyers into the stock."
