Hi, Suigeneris - It's possible... I'm having some problems with the whole NASDAQ thing. There has been endless speculation as to how it will be done - share split, wireless division IPO, APO, who knows what else? There is no clear idea how it will go.
Unless it goes through the medium of simply offering more shares, then shareholder approval may be required at the AGM - which is not until April, as far as I know. (anyone, please correct if I'm wrong).
To be honest, I'm not sure how this will evolve... so it's possible.
Regarding the financials, get ready for a huge (I mean huge) runup in sales and marketing costs this year - but remember all the business it's bringing in!
