I got a response from some genuine Irish from Ireland relatives (doesn't make it right). The response follows:

Four Green Fields. The fine old woman is Ireland and the four fields are the counties of Ulster, Leinster,Munster, and Connaught, now known to some as Northern Ireland. Mary knows the tune, too.
