Brian, you're just too much fun! :-)

Now let's take this step by step.

res- <<McCain earned whatever attention from the press he's gotten by his merits and force of personality, i.e., leadership potential.>>

McCain got almost zero votes in the first Primary. And all the media did was talk about him. I viewed him as a decent person before all this. But he was just another senator out of many in the Congress.

res- <<Holy cow! You wanna tell me that the $60 million dollar lightweight is not propped up and manipulated?!?!?!?!? DING A LING A LING! You wake up my friend! :o)>>

Raising money and showing adds is what a democracy is all about. Every penny raised was given voluntarily by supporters. What do you propose we do, have a government controlled political campaign?? Additionally, what do you think it would cost to have nearly every news show focus on your campaign with a positive spin? Like most of the mainstream press has done with regard to McCain? Hello Brian! I've got some Starbucks brewing! :-)

res-<<McCain wants sincerely to reform that will ultimately leave you frustrated with government, forever complaining, and forever blaming the boogey-man left when it is the moneyed establishment system on both sides of the isle that is the culprit.>>

That's a good one! I heard virtually nothing from McCain regarding campaign finance reform until his run for President. Another thing I find amusing. I saw him on a talking head show recently say "everyone in Washington is tainted by campaign finance, including me" (or words to that effect). And I would love to see someone ask him, So what vote did you change because you were paid off? But you will never hear that question asked by anyone in the media.

On a different subject....I heard the State of Arkansas and Tennessee has a Confederate flag celebration day. And I also heard the state of Tennessee has a day set aside celebrating the first leader of the Klu Klux Clan. I wonder why the media has never asked Al Gore if he or his daddy supported such celebrations. No, the media instead run around asking only Republicans about the Confederate flag in an attempt to play the race card. I wonder if this is all true? What shameful bias if it is.

I also heard that Al Gore held a secret meeting with Al Sharpen and wouldn't disclose what was discussed. Oh OH! Conspiracy time again! <GGG>
