Liquidity:
...opportunity to move in and out of the market with ease.

Volatility:
...fluctuation in a given time.
...typically 2 types:
1. Implied volatility
...calculated by using the actual market price of an option & an option pricing model, usually Black-Scholes.
...to spot mispricing of premiums caused by inaccurate perception in the future movement of the underlying.

2. Historical volatility
...guages price movement in terms of past performance.
