I like it, it seems to cover all of the bases in a rudimentary way. I wish that the company would put out a similar model so we actually knew what was going on. The author seems to take pains to be conservative in the estimates. If it is true all that would be left is the financing for the terminals, and the real estate to place them on. I would assume that there are other players in the game and it will soon become a land grab. I think the terminals will make the most money in places where people have to wait the longest. Airports, Bus terminals, doctor's offices, auto repair shops, hotels... are my best guesses.
