I'm not sure how easy it will be to able to get into the mass-market devices since they are so price sensitive. What is the cost difference between a blue LED and a green LED? I assume it is pretty significant Oops....just found a mass-market phone (less than $200) that incorporates blue LED's, the Sanyo4000. I dont know if it has Cree LED's but at least it shows that blue LED's are a possability for ALL cell phones. The market is huge....probably around 270m in '99 and projections as high as 400m for 2000. sanyousa.com Slacker
