Benkea,what i found most troubling was NITE's statement that their system will filter out individual traders who are consistently successful and that once spotted, they will not be guaranteed the best price executions anymore. this sounds very much illegal to me...apparently they have become very brazen if they admit to such tactics publicly. no wonder...MWD was recently fine 500K for price manipulations on the NAZ. that's nothing...want to bet they made much more from their manipulations? WS has become infused with the 'bezzle'. but there will be a day of reckoning...once the bubble implodes, lots of unsavory practices are bound to come to light. i wonder what the SEC is doing? apart from prosecuting the occasional small fry, they seem not to bother much about what's going on. looks like the whole system is totally corrupt... regards, hb
