ztect, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us today. Your secondary offering theory is interesting. We'll have to get a little closer before I can even develop a feel for that. John may disagree with me here, but it seems to me that this announcement about the reverse split was made in such a way as give the short-termers every chance to sell. I sense they are almost being pushed out the door. This ship has some ballast that needed to go overboard. I also agree with you that we have some overwhelming circumstantial evidence that the terms of this offering are going to be okay. Regards, Suzanne ....... P.S.
