Well it looks like the gap is starting (again) to close somewhat. I think at today's close we have a 27% 'discount' on PASW relative to the 0.9 share ratio of RATL. I guess little by little traders will realize the merger will happen. Does this price discrepancy have any relationship to the time-value of options? Any theoretical similarity? Randy Ellingson
