A friend told me the latest Northern Miner had a very negative article on the desert dirts, listing them all. The article sounded like a rehash of the Naxos story. This may explain the drop in GPGI and IPMCF today. I don't think the hard rock miners and their publisher friends want to see the desert dirts succeed!

I am very curious about the amount of recoverable precious metal in the reported 300 pounds of primary concentrate (per ton of head ore). A net PGM recovery of 1% or 3 lbs. (36 oz.) could potentially be worth over $10,000! I sure will be glad when we finally get all the yield values for the whole process. I suspect we are still several months away from the release of this type of information.
