Does it mean - ADBE may split?? quote.bloomberg.com The last paragraph: In its proxy, Adobe also asked its shareholders to allow the company to issue as many as 500 million shares from a current limit of 200 million shares. The San Jose, California-based company has about 119.2 million shares outstanding today. The additional shares may be used for acquisitions, executive and employee pay, and stock splits.
