Hello Sam-Dan,

Waterhouse said there is a U.S. market maker for Zone Entertainment. Quote was 89 cents ask and 66 cents bid. What a spread!! And the commission rate is $45.
I placed a very small order at the ask price.

For anyone interested in opening an account for pennies, I would not recommend Waterhouse. They are not letting you buy many penny stocks online anymore so the price will be $45 per 5000 shares.
