John, One interesting thing I found reading the 10-k was that they got into the long-distance biz buying a company called (I believe) Family Telecommunications. Yeah, Family in more ways than one. They bought it from the brother of the CEO. BTW, if you get a chance look at their 10k. It's long, long, long and confusing, confusing, confusing... Especially all the warrants and preferred. I was trying to figure out the potential dilution and finally gave up. The one thing I did notice was that there is a lock-up on a lot of it until Sep. 1997.
