I can't say I blame you with APC but I have added significantly to my APC holdings this last week. It may be a foolish move since this stock doesn't seem to be going anywhere, or maybe I should say it isn't going up! It's probably a good idea to look at other issues in the patch, those that are getting solid attention by the market. The latest APC press release was worded funny, if you asked me. It was almost like a plea to shareholders and I didn't like it at all. We've seen fairly substantial dilution lately as the company tries to fund it's programs. This latest press release implied that they won't need to do this anymore and that NEXT year they will begin to reap the benefits. I don't mind waiting but I don't like the fact that the analyst community sees greater opportunity elsewhere. The stock's flat to down and oil prices are over $31.50!! NG prices are around $2.75! Both of these indicate that APC should be a bargain but the street's doesn't seem to agree. I need to go over the company financials again. There must be things I've overlooked. If I find anything worth noting, I'll post it here. I wish the company was a little more vocal. I wish they'd report on their progress/status more often, even if they are just simple updates. The market has more individuals following it than ever before and APC MUST communicate better with small investor. For now I'm comfortable owning this stock at $29/share. If it gets much cheaper, I may not be willing to wait when there are too many other companies in the patch who have similar stories to APC and are watching their stock prices go UP! good luck, Michael
