Biotechs have been strong throughout 00. Last week reignited b2b and the Russell 2000. The money has to come from somewhere. Mostly the old economy. But Internet infrastructure is treading water for the moment. I'm not concerned. isld's chart is fine. Just basing for now (healthy, actually).
