We need some clarification here...on the surface it reports beneficial ownership. However, with further examination it may be an acknowledgment of options granted in original agreement equalling 22%, 39mm shares at set price.

It also appears conditions must be present as stated in document prior to options being exersised.

Someone else please comment.
