Tony, RE: Sanders

I posted this on the AMD thread:

<I though Jerry did a good job on CNBC. The one thing that is unusual is that he continues calling Intel a monopolist, and in the next sentence says AMD has a 17% marketshare, and growing. Can't have it both ways. A thinking listener might say "this guy is BS". It's time he got off the David vs. Goliath thing.>

More important, I am disappointed with Intel. They knew upfront that the release of a 1 Gig chip was going to be a public relations coup, and they got aced. When Intel makes it's announcements on Wednesday, it's going to sound like "me too", a position we are used to seeing AMD in.

I'm excited about Intel's future prospects, disappointed that it appears that they have let their core business slip.
