CANADIAN MINING COMPANY

March 1, 2000

Mr. Ray Paquette, president of Canadian Mining Company Ltd., the company has participated in the 37th Annual Western Canada Turfgrass Association conference & show held this year from February 26th - March 1st, 2000 at the Victoria Convention Centre. As one of many show exhibitors we were able to introduce our product to a large and focused group of registered attendees. We have started negotiations to sign on a Vancouver Island Distributor that has over 30 years of sales and service into the golf course, parks and field maintenance industry. This same company has been expanding their own operation into the Horticultural, Agricultural and Organic Growers marketplace.

Canadian Mining is also being represented by our Alberta alliance partner C2C Mining Corporation at the AG EXPO & The North American Seed Fair in Lethbridge, Alberta, from March 1-4th, 2000. We are one of 150+ exhibitors, with a projected attendance of over 1800 people. We will be marketing our Odor and Moisture Control products for Livestock, the Moisture and Insect Control formulation for Wheat/Grain/Seed, and our Animal Feed Supplement and Anti-Caking Agents.

Our focus over the next few months is to generate market demand and secure sales contracts. We are very pleased with the interest generated thus far and have already started to follow-up on numerous enquiries from these two conferences.

Our annual general meeting takes place on Monday March 6th, and pending the outcome of that meeting further announcements will be made regarding corporate development. We plan to have our geologist onsite the week of March 13th, to oversee the extraction and processing of 1000 tons of high grade zeolite from our Princeton claims.

On Behalf of the Board of Directors

Ray Paquette, President
