CMGI shares authorized = 400 MM shares issued and outstanding 279 mm got this from CMGI/investor relations: 888.622.2244 so- not enough shares to do a split would have to authorized more also, this is a low price for them to consider split. think we would have to see>>300 so will have to wait a few weeks, gggg. larry
