Re: WebTrulyBroken

It appears that WebBroker is in a state of "partial" collapse today. Getting many "Unable to..." and "GetContextHandle Fail" errors (nice of Waterhose to send such understandable messages to its customers). "Timed-out," even when there was activity on the session. Orders can't be transmitted.

Is the collapse complete? Oh, no, it just happens on 80% of the information requests and 50% of the trades. This way, Waterhose can claim their systems are still up! :-(

Fortunately, I am done with Waterhose in our primary accounts (appx. 90% of overall Waterhose deposits). I was trying to complete a $900 trade on a small retirement account. They can't even be trusted with this paltry trade.

Gee, do you think they'll send Gina and Jackie after me? Their lawyers are a bit busy with litigators, I should think. Anyway, in the U.S., truth is an absolute defense against defamation lawsuits. I lose no sleep over my postings about TD Waterhouse.

Write to your state attorney general! E-mail Gomez.com! Be loud!

p.s. It now appears that account information is completely unaccessible.
