BTW, I have been accumulating AXN (Axion Communication) shares because they are trading at a discount to the acquisition value. The deal as announced was 5.94 shares of AXN to 1 share of LKC. Check out AXN's price and multiple it by 5.94, then compare it to LKC's price.
