A Miserable Day Tried to sell a position, got a funky error message, now I don't know if I am in or out of the position. Called the top secret Waterhouse fast-service number (after being kept on hold for 30+ minutes -- TWICE! -- while trying to get through on the regular numbers) and was told by the broker that he could not access my account. So I said, "I want to be OUT of this position! You can't even tell me if I am IN it??" "That's correct, Sir. We are having some system-wide difficulties." "And you can't get me out of my positions?"
