Be loud! Make sure everyone knows how bad it is! Yahoo, Raging Bull, Motley Fool, TheStreet.com, your BBB, your Chamber of Commerce, your state's attorney general, your babysitter's parents. Tell them this is not a one-time calamity, but the culmination of deteriorating customer service. Tell them about "Pending Orders." Tell them about New York monkeys who can't respond to an e-mail. Tell them about worse-than-useless options quotes. Tell them about the local yokels who argue with you. Tell them about slow servers and slower phone queues. Tell it all. Tell them all! Tell everyone! P. p.s. Sincere apologies to the fine New Yorkers who face the painful choice between Hillary and Rudy. :-(
