Here's a much better potential backdoor play: TRW stock rallies on wireless venture, IPO biz.yahoo.com TRW unit, Endgate to merge cbs.marketwatch.com The only difficulty is determining when the IPO will happen. I have a feeling that this one could be COMS jr.
