Here's a good one US Clearing tried to pull on me this am. Had a stop set on OGNC at 36 7/8 at 9:32 am eastern. At either 9:38 or 9:39 the price hit the stop. No fill, no pop up screen, no nothing until about 10:00. Filled at 34 1/8. There was 1100 shares bid on FLTT at 36 1/2 and many bids above 36. I guess they think they can cheat me because this trade was in my IRA which I don't use much. They don't know my regular account (at AB Watley) gives me Level II and a time and sale printout. The Web St. rep agreed with me and I won't accept this trade. Should get at least $36 if not $36.50. Rep. also said they are not using the pop ups. No doubt so US Clearing can steal everyones $ if you can't tell what time your trade was executed. Be careful of market orders and stops until FLTT is gone.
