Stay on hold for up to an hour like the rest of us, and you will get to trade over the phone. Be sure to tell the trader that you have been unable to place your order through the Web Broker, and that you want the regular commission rate, NOT the extra service rate. Many BB, and probably most Pink Sheet stocks cannot CANNOT be done on Web Broker (I have tried). Some traders at TD Waterhouse will know what they are doing, some will not. I have stayed on hold 45 minutes only to be told "Try this on your Web Broker account..." and it doesn't work. Then you call back and wait another 45 minutes on hold. It's life, and you are not being singled out. The market is exploding faster than they can certify traders. It's exciting, and frustrating at the same time.
