LOL. Reverse mortgages are all subjective to the seller and market value. They can be a good thing or Greek in the very nature of their reverse properties. If the SEC were actually the mortgagee, what would be your guess as to the number of discount points and the intrinsic nature of their intent?

Besides, once you die is wealth relative other than to a relative?
