SBAS , a leading provider of eCollaboration solutions for the development and management of eBusiness applications Monday announced the proxy statement/prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, in conjunction with the acquisition of ObjectShare Inc. OBJS , has been declared effective.
ObjectShare shareholders, as of March 6, 2000, are entitled to vote at a shareholders meeting scheduled for April 12, 2000. Proxy materials will be mailed to ObjectShare shareholders on or about March 8, 2000.
